New Patient Special – $95 Dental Check-up

Upon requesting an appointment for dental services at K&R Dental we kindly ask that you acknowledge the following Terms and Conditions:

• Offer is only available to new patients.
• Please provide 24 hours’ notice or more if you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
• Special offer only available to new patients booking with Dr Naseem.
• Offer includes X-Rays, Treatment Plan, Photos and Comprehensive Check-up.
• Offer does not include dental clean. This will need to be paid as an extra if necessary.

Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner. Teeth whitening may not be suitable for all candidates and is treated at by decision of the Dentist post examination.
